This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through https://o2pets.ae.

Delivery in Dubai

The following delivery rates apply to orders delivered within Dubai:

  • Orders below AED 100: AED 30 delivery fee;

  • Orders from AED 100 to AED 199.99: AED 10 delivery fee;

  • Orders of AED 200 or more: free delivery.

The applicable delivery charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Outside Dubai

Delivery to other locations within the United Arab Emirates costs AED 40 per order.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or communicated when the order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions, an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not dispatch or deliver orders on UAE public holidays.

Please ensure that your name, phone number and delivery address are complete and accurate. O2Pets is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided with the order.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery period, please contact us and provide your order number.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, expired or incorrect, or if an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue;

  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
